The United States Ambassador in Kosovo, Greg Delawie, said today that the mayoral run-off elections have started in a big way. Delawie posted on Twitter that together with Congressman Elliot Engel he visited the coalition of non-governmental organizations “Democracy in Action” and the Central Election Commission. “Kosovo, get out and vote!” Delawie tweeted.
