According to columnist Halil Matoshi, the Constitutional Court has not offered a solution, in the contrary it crated a total confusion on the possibilities to create new institutions. Matoshi claims that the Constitutional Court in a way legitimized the intentions of the Democratic Party of Kosovo (PDK), to create new institutions by force. “Therefore, we can say that the Constitutional Court has openly, and in the eyes of the entire world, deepened the institutional crisis, because it is politically influenced and it is under the dictate and direct pressure of the PDK.”

“So what is the verdict?” asks Matoshi answering further that the verdict is inexistent because it is not justified with judicial arguments and it does not offer a solution. “Formally, PDK and Hashim Thaci masterfully (a bit in a satanic manner) gained their “right” by throwing the ball to Enver Hasani, who once again played well the role of “the devil’s advocate” saying that Arsim Bajrami is right in his claims that if PDK does not regain power, it will be the end of the world. When the only interpreter of the Constitution does not know what was the message of the author then what god or devil could tell us what to do,” asks Matoshi.
