The conference of the foreign ministers and ministers of economy of the Western Balkans countries has just started. They are expected to discuss regional cooperation and good economic governance.
According to Kosovo’s Ministry of Foreign Affairs the Conference is continuance of the Berlin Summit led by German Chancellor Angela Merkel, in August of this year.
According to Indeksonline, Minister Hoxhaj is in the spotlight of Serbian and international media. During one of his announcements for the media, Hoxhaj stated that “My presence in Belgrade, presence of a foreign minister, speaks about the significance and help of the dialogue in normalization of the relations between our two independent countries. Presence of a foreign minister anywhere in the world, means sovereignty of the country and its enforcement. I see my presence in Belgrade in the same manner. Kosovo is an independent country and it will always be,”
