Even though Belgrade had staged a public drama due to non-participation of Pristina at the meeting in Brussels that was meant to mark the start of the dialogue on creation of the Association/Community of Serb municipalities in Kosovo, political analyst Dušan Janjić said to Danas that Prime Ministers of Serbia and Kosovo, Aleksandar Vučić and Isa Mustafa, agreed earlier that EU will held separate talks with negotiation sides in the initial phase of the dialogue over creation of the A/CSM.

Belgrade’s team was due to finish its two-day presentation of the statute of the A/CSM yesterday in Brussels, which was attended and by Kosovo Serbs political representatives in Kosovo institutions, whereas meeting with Pristina will follow next week.

“All meetings over the A/CSM at the level of various working groups were held in the frame of the dialogue on normalization of relations. The first meeting with the delegation of Belgrade was held on Tuesday and Wednesday. In coming days the meeting with the delegation from Pristina will take place as well. It is important that the work on implementation of all agreements continues,” said spokesperson of the European Commission for Neighbourhood Policy and Enlargement Negotiations Maja Kocijancic.
