Albanians have lit candles in Srbica/Skenderaj last night around 20:00 on the occasion of ‘the death of justice’ due to sentences rendered by the court to members of the so called Drenica group, amongst whom are and current Mayor of Srbica/Skenderaj Sami Lushtaku and Kosovo’s ambassador to Albania Sulejman Selimi.
MP from the ranks of the Democratic Party of Kosovo Ganimete Musliu, Deputy Mayor of Srbica/Skenderaj Fadil Nura and the Mayor of South Mitrovica Agim Bahtiri were amongst the ones who lit candles on that occasion, carried web portal Veriu.info.
Veriu.info portal also published that following the court’s sentence to Drenica group reactions followed with comments that members of Drenica group were sentenced ‘without evidence in order to criminalize the pure war of the Kosovo Liberation Army’.
