The Director of the Serbian Government’s Office for Kosovo and Metohija, Marko Đurić, Bishop of Raška and Prizren Teodosije and chairperson of the provisional body of Zvečan Ivan Todosijević will present today at 14:00 in the Palace ‘Serbia’ the project of construction of the returnee settlement in Kosovo north ‘Sunny Valley’.
The agreement on construction of the settlement ‘Sunny Valley’ was signed last year on 12 July between the Office for Kosovo and Metohija, the Eparchy of Raška and Prizren of the Serbian Orthodox Church and Zvečan/Zveçan Municipality, what has created conditions for the start of realization of a completely new concept of the return of internally displaced persons to Kosovo.
The first returnee settlement of this kind, whose model has been exposed in the Palace ‘Serbia’ will be constructed between Mitrovcia North and Zvečan/Zveçan Municipality.
