BRUSSELS – With EU facilitation, the Belgrade and Pristina delegations on Wednesday agreed on implementation of the 2015 agreement on the judiciary, which secures adequate legal protection for Serb natural and legal entities in the province, says Marko Djuric, head of the Serbian government Office for Kosovo-Metohija.
“Following months of diplomatic efforts, our delegation managed to ensure with this agreement the recognition and execution of judgements and decisions made by the courts of the Republic of Serbia in Kosovo-Metohija after 1999, securing adequate legal protection for Serb natural and legal entities in the province,” Djuric told Tanjug.
Wednesday’s deal is guaranteed both by the provisional self-government institutions in Pristina and the EU, Djuric said.
