The Kosovo Court of Appeal reduced the sentence from 13 to 11 years in prison to Slobodan Gavrić (47) from Belgrade for the offense of preparing terrorist acts or crimes against the constitutional order and security of Kosovo, says the judgment.

Gavrić was convicted on 24 December 2014, because in his car was found 13 kilograms of explosives.

Lawyers of Slobodan Gavrić say that they will file a request for reversal of the judgment.  Gavrić is serving his sentence in a prison of high risk in Podujevo/Podujevë. He has been transferred recently from the Detention Centre Mitrovica North along with three other Serb prisoners.
