The government of Kosovo has approved proposal for establishment of the Western Balkans Fund designed to act as a cooperation platform between Albania, Bosnia-Herzegovina, Kosovo, Montenegro, the former Yugoslav Republic of Macedonia (FYROM) and Serbia.
