The leader of the Alliance for the Future of Kosovo (AAK), Ramush Haradinaj, visited Iber/Ibar River Bridge today and said that Kosovo needs bridges in Mitrovica, not walls. “Today I visited Mitrovica and saw the wall that was built there. It is incomprehensible how provincial nationalist mentality builds walls at this time. It would be best if those funds were spent on construction of another bridge in Mitrovica. Pristina and Mitrovica need to build more bridges, because our common destiny are bridges, not walls. The construction of the wall cannot be in the interest of the Serb community itself either. They should not fall prey to Belgrade’s expansionist and nationalist policies, because their future is in Kosovo! Kosovo is one and indivisible,” Haradinaj said.
