Kosovo’s Justice Minister, Dhurata Hoxha, said they have requested French authorities to unconditionally release the leader of the Alliance for the Future of Kosovo (AAK) Ramush Haradinaj, detained last week on an arrest warrant issued by Serbia. She said they have provided sufficient arguments to the French authorities proving that Haradinaj’s detention is “unjustifiable.” “The Ministry of Justice has sent the third note to French institutions calling for Haradinaj’s release by providing evidence and arguments that his detention is politically motivated,” Hoxha said today at the Kosovo Assembly’s session called by the AAK to discuss its leader’s detention.
