Kosovo’s Constitutional Court announced its decision on the constitutionality of the Law on strategic investments which finds that the law is in accordance with the Constitution of Kosovo. The request to review the constitutionality was submitted by the Serbian List MPs. The Constitutional Court rejected the request for provisional measure as unenforceable under Article 43.2 of the Law on the Constitutional Court. The Court points out that its decision is effective immediately and asking the Law to be forwarded to President of Kosovo to sign the decree of the proclamation. Laws on strategic investments in Trepca were the reason that the MPs of the Serbian List ‘freeze’ participation in the work of the Assembly and the Government of Kosovo.
The Law on strategic investments is in accordance with the Constitution (Radio KIM)
