All the Balkan countries are continuing to struggle with human rights issues, including dealing with war crimes and protecting refugees, says a new report by Amnesty International.

The latest global report published by international campaign group Amnesty International on Wednesday said that all the Balkan countries continued to struggle with human rights protection in 2015.

The 408-page State of the World’s Human Rights report criticised Serbia for what it said was the continued slow pace of slow war crime prosecutions, noting that “few proceedings were concluded at the Special War Crimes Court”.
