(Most monitored broadcasters, KTV)

No matter that the NATO Secretary General, Jens Stoltenberg, said that unilateral actions for establishment of the Army will not be accepted, Minister of Kosovo Security Force (KSF) Haki Demolli says that there are no contradictions from the internationals.

In an interview with Kosovapress news agency, Minister Demolli said he received the draft law and has engaged two working groups, who have modified and given their opinions for each article.

According to him, the draft law with opinions and modifications will be returned to Government of Kosovo on Tuesday.

Minister emphasised that initiator of the law, respectively the President of Kosovo, has publically said that any action he has taken was in agreement and coordination with the international factor; therefore, this fact makes him believe that the coordination really exists.

Demolli said they will support the draft law together with the LDK caucus.

KFOR Commander does not support Kosovo Army

(KTV)

Commander of KFOR, Giovanni Fungo, visited Gorazhdevc village on Monday where he discussed with representatives of local Serbs.

He told Radio Gorazhdevc in Serbian that KFOR will continue to maintain safety and fulfilment of its mission in Kosovo, while he stressed that KFOR recognizes Kosovo Security Force only its current form.

“Kosovo Security Forces so far have operated within their mandate and this is the form that we recognize them,” Fungo said, while he emphasized that KFOR will continue to carry out its mission on guaranteeing security and freedom of movement regardless of ethnic background and religion, online version of KTV reported.

Further, KFOR Commander said that this Force will continue to safeguard Visoki Decani Monastery and that nothing has changed in this regard.

Hajdari: Rapes during war were part of ethnic cleansing strategy

(KTV)

Prosecutor Drita Hajdari, Head of War Crimes Department at the Special Prosecution of Kosovo, told KTV Puls show that there are 23 cases under investigation related to sexual rapes during the last war in Kosovo.

“These rapes were done systematically as part of the enemy’s strategy for ethnic cleansing, for territory conquering, for humiliation and as a result of hate against women. These women were raped at the presence of their family members, their children and husbands,” Hajdari emphasised.

According to her, these rapes were done in groups which exactly demonstrate that they were part of enemy’s strategy for ethnic cleansing.

“I have heard horrific stories of these ladies that we are investigating for war crimes. That is why these cases need to be reported, when it is known that, according to NGOs, their number is about 20 thousand, but there are hesitations because the experiences are horrific,” she said.

“I am investigating many tracks, not only the perpetrators, namely rapists, but also the commanding responsibility in the Serbian Army and Police at the certain period, because I believe that commanding responsibility is also very important,” Hajdari told Puls show.

Even if Demarcation fails, there will be no elections

(Klan Kosova)

Berisha made these comments in Klan Kosova Zone B show, while he added that even if Demarcation will not be voted; there will not be early elections.

“If an agreement does not pass it does not mean that the current Government will resign. Whether Demarcation passes or not, there will not be elections. LDK is committed to push processes forward,” Berisha stated.

Daut Haradinaj: I have never spoken to Bogoljub Karic

(Klan Kosova)

Serbian controversial businessman, Bogoljub Karic, stated for Serbian media that during 2004 riots, when several Serb religious sites in Kosovo were attacked, he had contacted with Daut Haradinaj over the phone and asked him to protect Visoki Decani Monastery and Patriarchate in Pejë/Pec, online version of this TV broadcaster reported.

But, the Alliance for the Future of Kosovo MP denied this in a statement for this TV station, saying that neither he nor anyone else from Haradinaj family has ever had contacts with Karic.

Furthermore, he considers these statements as political trickery.
