The Kosovo government adopted today a draft strategy for the integration of the Montenegrin community in Kosovo, the news website reports. Prime Minister Isa Mustafa said his Montenegrin counterpart had requested that this strategy should provide greater competencies than an association. The news website recalls that Montenegrins living in Kosovo are not a constitutional category yet and that they have no guaranteed seats in parliament. Kosovo President Hashim Thaci promised in May last year to Montenegrins and Croats living in Kosovo that they would become a constitutional category and get guaranteed seats in parliament.
