During the second day of his visit to Washington, Kosovo’s Foreign Minister, Enver Hoxhaj continued with the meetings at the House of Representatives as well as Senators of the U.S. Congress from both the Republican and Democratic parties.
A press release issued by the Foreign Ministry informs that on the verge of the first decade of independence of Kosovo, the foreign Minister Enver Hoxhaj, discussed with the U.S. lawmakers excellent relations Between Kosovo and U.S., and requested from them to continue with even greater support on this direction, at the time when Kosovo and the region are facing danger from Russian influence.
Hoxhaj also participated at a U.S. Congress session, where he informed Congressmen and a much wider audience about the political developments in Kosovo.
Hoxhaj will also participate today at the meeting of the Foreign Ministers of the anti-ISIS coalition, invited by the U.S. Secretary of State, Rex Tillerson.
