The Serbian List will not agree to talk with Kosovo President Hashim Thaci about constitutional amendments that would enable the transformation of the Kosovo Security Force into the Kosovo Army. Serbian List representatives have returned to Kosovo’s institutions following a five-month boycott, saying that they will vote in favor of the border demarcation agreement with Montenegro if the Kosovo government starts forming the Association/Community of Serb-majority municipalities. Serbian List MP, Nenad Rasic, told the news website today that the Serbian List is not interested to talk about the army. “After President Thaci’s improvised hastiness and the clear messages from the United States and the European Union, I don’t believe it is a strategic interest to talk about constitutional amendments,” Rasic said.
