Arban Abrashi, Minister for Labor and Social Welfare and spokesman for the Kosovo government, talked to reporters after the meeting of the chairmanship of the Democratic League of Kosovo (LDK) today. Abrashi said the meeting focused on this morning’s developments. “Prior to this meeting, we had a meeting with our partner in the ruling coalition and representatives of the United States of America, where we discussed the issue of the border demarcation [with Montenegro] and as announced the issue will be addressed after Wednesday. The demarcation will be adopted after Wednesday and I don’t think that the motion of no confidence [against the government] will pass,” Abrashi said. “I believe we will have enough votes to ratify the demarcation deal. It is important for demarcation to pass so that 90 days later the citizens of Kosovo can travel visa-free”.
