Ulrike Lunacek, the European Parliament’s Rapporteur on Kosovo, has sent a message to the people of Kosovo on the eve of the early parliamentary elections. Lunacek called on Kosovars not to vote for those that cannot guarantee they will meet the two criteria for visa liberalization: border demarcation with Montenegro and the fight against organized crime.
