Former the EU Envoy for Kosovo, Wolfgang Petritsch considers Kosovo, at the moment, goes through difficult phase and it is necessary to continue the dialogue of Belgrade and Pristina at the highest level.
Petritsch stated to Tanjug that Kosovo economically does not progress much, it faces huge unemployment rate in particular among young population, and it represents a serious problem.
He also requested the swift formation of the Community of the Serb Municipalities, as agreed during the dialogue process.
Also, personal animosities should be overcome, whoever establishes the government in Kosovo, and to continue the dialogue in the interest of citizens.
Petritsch also assessed that Serbian President Aleksandar Vucic shares the same stance and assessed it would not be bad if the dialogue continues at the highest level, since Kosovo President Thaci and Vucic can talk to each other.
