People of Kosovo continue being most pro-European oriented in the region of the Western Balkans, a recent Gallup International survey found. 84 percent of respondents in Kosovo said they view EU membership positively compared to 80 percent in Albania, 59 in Bosnia and Herzegovina, 58 in the former Yugoslav Republic of Macedonia, 49 percent in Montenegro. The lowest on the list is Serbia where only 40 percent consider EU membership to be positive.
