William Walker, a former chief of the OSCE verification mission in Kosovo, was present at the constitutive session of the Assembly of Kosovo on Thursday. Walker stated multiple times that he has a project for unification of Albanians in Kosovo, Albania and diaspora. RTS reports that Walker supports Self-Determination Movement and Albin Kurti. Walker is considered a “father or independent Kosovo.” As a chief OSCE verification mission he claimed that 1999 event in the village of Racak should be considered a massacre commited by Serbian police and military forces against K-Albanian civilians, which was later used as a pretext for bombing of FR Yugoslavia.
