The UN Secretary-General, Antonio Guterres, said Belgrade-Pristina dialogue is facing serious challenges and that no sufficient progress has been made, including with regards to the establishment of Association/Community of Serb-majority municipalities. He also called on the two parties to revive the process. UN SG made the remarks in his regular quarterly report on activities of UNMIK and the situation in Kosovo, covering the period between 16 April and 15 July.
