Vucic: We see small chance for solution, but it is worth continuing (Tanjug, B92)

Serbian President Aleksandar Vucic, following the meeting with Hashim Thaci in Brussels, stated that the talks about the long-term relations between Serbs and Albanians are open, Tanjug news agency reported.

Vucic, also said that he mentioned the issue of Bogdan Mitrovic arrest in Suva Reka, during the meeting.

Serbian President added that the agreement on the judiciary have been confirmed, opening of the Mitrovica bridge was announced by the end of the year, and it was assessed that Pristina did not make any progress when it comes to the establishment of the Association of Serb Municipalities.

He said it would be important for the both, Serbs and Albanians to continue talks, although he is not a great optimist.

Vucic also said “there is a small chance to resolve the historic issue between Serbs and Albanians and that we have to use it”.
