The plenary session of the Assembly of Kosovo started today with the request of the Vetevendosje’s MP, Liburn Aliu, to revote LDK’s motion for dismissal of the Minister for Agriculture, Nenad Rikalo.

Head of today’s session, Xhavit Haliti, explained that voting of the motion concluded during Tuesday’s session, and told Aliu to make a new request for motion on dismissal of Minister Rikalo, suspected to have abused people in Dardania neighborhood, during the war in Kosovo. “Counting has ended and there is no turning back,” Haliti said.

40 MPs were against Rikalo’s dismissal, 25 for, and one abstained during Tuesday’s voting on the motion.
