State Prosecutor informed public opinion that by 12:00 hours, two cases have been reported, and three individual detained during today’s elections process. Two individuals were detained under suspicion of committing criminal offense from Article 215, “Giving or taking bribe related to voting,” from the Penal Code of Kosovo. Another person was detained for committing criminal offense from article 220, “Destroying of voting documents.”
The first two are from Partes municipality, while the third one, from Mitrovica South.
