Kosovo’s Minister for European Integration, Dhurata Hoxha, met in Brussels the chair of the European Parliament foreign affairs committee, David McAllister. The two discussed current developments in Kosovo and the government’s priorities with regards to EU integration. “Kosovo is committed to implementing all obligations deriving from the SAA (Stabilisation and Association Agreement) as well as other obligations that guarantee speeding up of integration process and inclusion in enlargement plans,” Hoxha said.
MEP McAllister reconfirmed Kosovo’s European perspective and urged Kosovo institutions to focus on strengthening the rule of law, dialogue for normalization of relations with Serbia and other issues relevant to European integration.
