Vetevendosje Movement has reacted to the trial of its four MPs who are being accused for throwing teargas at the Assembly of Kosovo.
Vetvendosje claims in a press statement that judge Beqir Kalludra is holding a secret trial.
“Media were forbidden to broadcast live today’s political and unfair trial against Albin Kurti, Albulena Haxhiu, Donika Kadaj and Faton Topalli. This is a clear indicator that the intention is injustice, therefore the political trial had to be held secretly.
Being that representatives of the population are being tried, it is in interest of the citizens to understand and know how its representatives are being tried today,” is written in the statement.
