Sokol Dobruna, former president of the Kosovo Liberation Army Court, told RTV Dukagjini on Tuesday that the special court, which will address war crimes allegations in Kosovo, will not be revoked. Dobruna said Kosovo President Hashim Thaci should have resigned if he was under pressure to agree to the formation of the special court. “He should have resigned immediately after the special court was imposed. Whether or not internationals tricked him into it that is another matter, but he should have known,” Dobruna said.
