Kosovo Assembly MP from the Democratic League of Kosovo (LDK), Arben Gashi, told the portal that his party has not changed position on the Special Court. “There is no confusion; LDK was always clear when the Special Court is concerned. It is an evil that happened to Kosovo, but which is now unchangeable,” Gashi said.
Asked about position of the LDK on demarcation of the border with Montenegro, Gashi said they will first see the position of the governing coalition.
“The Assembly has to come up with the decision on demarcation, however, let us first see the positions of the governing coalition. It depends from Prime Minister Haradinaj, he has to tell the Assembly what is the institutional position ,” Gashi said.
