The Serbian Parliament’s Council for Kosovo has established a working group and the latter has immediately established contact with the special court and has initiated cooperation with Specialist Prosecutor David Schwendiman. Milovan Drecun, chair of the Council for Kosovo, told Serbian media: “A unique database has been set up including all information about crimes in Kosovo committed by the KLA and they have been submitted to the prosecution. We have a full overview of the crimes. We also focused on the chain of command, we gave the prosecutor the organizational structure of the KLA to prove the hierarchy”. Drecun also said that over 460 potential witnesses in Serbia for interviewed for the special court.
