Former Vetevendosje leader and MP, Visar Ymeri, said the annex agreement on border demarcation signed by presidents of Kosovo and Montenegro leaves many things “foggy”. In a Facebook post, Ymeri wrote that renegotiation of the demarcation agreement is good news but the order of decisions in this regard is not only dangerous but also absurd. “The order of things is important. If we had the review of demarcation agreement before the ratification, the MPs would have a clear picture as to what they would be voting,” Ymeri said adding: “The way the annex agreement is being reported leaves things foggy which makes the ratification vote in the Assembly a blank vote.”
