Head of the Democratic Party of Kosovo (PDK) parliamentary group, Memli Krasniqi, said at today’s Assembly session that his party supports the voting of the border demarcation agreement being voted today. He said it was regrettable that at this stage in the process there are disagreements between certain parties on terminology aspects which do not affect the substance of the agreement. Krasniqi said PDK was consistent in its position and unified in supporting the border agreement, especially in light of the joint statement between presidents of Kosovo and Montenegro which addresses concerns that opponents of the agreement expressed in the past period. He said there was no reason to prolong this ‘agony’.
