Serbia’s Minister for Foreign Affairs, Ivica Dacic, told Russian news agency Sputnik that decision of the government of Kosovo not to implement the agreement for establishment of the Association of Serb-majority Municipalities, is a decision of leaving the Brussels dialogue. According to him, Pristina government rejected on Wednesday agreement to start drafting the statute for establishment of the Association. Vucic warned that this could return the entire negotiating process between Kosovo and Serbia at point zero.

“If an important part of the agreement we have reached with the Albanian leaders is rejected implementation in an unscrupulous manner and without being condemned, Belgrade can now consider abolishing all previous agreements that we have reached in Brussels,” Dacic reportedly said.
