The U.S. expert on Balkan issues, Daniel Serwer, said Kosovo’s Prime Minister Ramush Haradinaj lacks courage to ratify agreement on demarcation of the border with Montenegro.
“I believe that the best way to resolve the demarcation issue if for PM Ramush Haradinaj to change position on this agreement, which is in contradiction with his position before coming to power,” Serwer said for Montenegrin Podgorica Victory.
“It seems to me that he lacks courage to do this. I like politicians with more courage, and less lack of will to deal with major issues,” Serwer said.
