Eighteen Ambassadors from different European countries, headed by the head of the EU Office in Kosovo, Nataliya Apostolova, met today the President of Kosovo’s Assembly Kadri Veseli, an hour before the session on ratification of the demarcation deal.

Veseli said after the meeting that the time has come to end the drama of demarcation deal.

He assured European partners that Kosovo institutions will work hard on their way to EU integration.

“We have sacrificed a lot as a country, we will not allow anyone to waster our efforts for their egos. We will conclude ratification of the border with our friendly neighbor, Montenegro, today,” Veseli said.

Head of the EU Office Nataliya Apostolova, said that today is an important day for Kosovo and its citizens as there are chances to resolve the demarcation issue.

“This is one of the two criteria and I call on the politicians not to hold their citizens isolated toward EU integration,” she said.

Apostolova explained that they discussed in detail works of the Assembly for next week and month, the time when report on Kosovo will be made public.
