Kosovo’s Deputy Prime Minister Enver Hoxhaj said today that Kosovo has a constitutional system and a judicial order that must be respected and that Kosovo and Serbia have reached an agreement in Brussels that needs to be respected. “A high-ranking Serbian official cannot Kosovo without a permit, the same way that we cannot go to Serbia without a permit. We have a file of our liaison office in Belgrade which proves that Djuric failed to respect the procedures required for entering into Kosovo,” Hoxhaj said.
