Kosovo Foreign Minister Behgjet Pacolli told Belgrade based daily Blic that the Kosovo government is working to form the Community/Association of Serb municipalities (ZSO).

However, he says, he cannot predict whether the ZSO will be formed for three weeks, that is, until April 20th.

“Even before an unfortunate case happened with (Marko) Djuric, our government started activities on all Brussels agreements, and among other things the ZSO. Last Monday morning, a meeting was held between the EU countries (Germany, Great Britain, Italy and France), US ambassador and the EU representative. There is also a technical group that has been twice in Brussels, which is working on the implementation of all Brussels agreements,” says Pacolli to the daily.

According to him, the Serbian political factor should cooperate with the Kosovo government.

“The government is ready to work fast on the implementation of all agreements and the ZSO. Whether it will be in three weeks, nobody can foresee it. The time, for this to be done, will be taken into account,” Pacolli says to the Belgrade based daily Blic.
