Kosovo Prime Minister, Ramush Haradinaj, has awarded the Kosovo Golden Map to Natasa Kandic, director of the Belgrade-based Human Rights Fund. Haradinaj praised Kandic’s work saying that her organization has so far published the most accurate data about those killed during the Kosovo conflict. “Working in an unsafe environment and not differentiating victims based on their ethnic background but instead seeking justice for them all, requires civic and human courage,” Haradinaj said. “Natasa Kandic and the Human Rights Fund has published the most accurate data about those killed during the Kosovo war and in honor of her great contribution I awarded her today with the Kosovo Golden Map as a sign of appreciation for everything she has done to shed light on the truth,” Haradinaj wrote in a Facebook post.
