Democratic League of Kosovo (LDK) parliamentary group chief, Avdullah Hoti, said today that the ruling coalition has lost the majority in the Assembly and that the functioning of the Assembly is at stake. During a round-table with non-governmental organizations, Hoti said: “this government has lost the majority and it has no legitimacy to continue its work. Government meetings are not being held. The Prime Minister has failed because he has no control over his ministers and the institutions. Ministers make decisions based on personal interests. The Prime Minister has started going out on the field and promising the formation of new municipalities without any competencies. We have initiated round-tables of political parties with the sole purpose of agreeing on the date of early elections. Through these round-tables we have given a chance to dialogue and to clarifying things”.
