Kosovo’s Ministry for Security Force (KSF) has submitted to the government the draft law for creation of the army of Kosovo. The date of the proceeding of the draft law to the Assembly, will depend on Prime Minister Ramush Haradinaj.
Donjeta Gashi, spokesperson to the government of Kosovo, told Indeksonline that submission of the draft law to the Assembly is a procedural matter.
“It is true that the package of laws on KSF has reached the government. However drafting of the laws by the respective Ministry and sending them to the government is a procedural matter, while when the government treats those draft laws, is a political decision and the government will be informing the public on time,” Gashi said.
