Kosovo’s Deputy Prime Minister and Foreign Minister, Behgjet Pacolli, told the news website today that he is certain that the European Commission’s report on visa liberalization, which is expected by the end of this month, will be a positive one. “By the end of this month, we will have the report and it is going to be positive,” Pacolli said.
