Members of the family, colleagues, supporters and citizens on Saturday, 16 June in Mitrovica North laid flowers and lighted candles on the spot where leader of Civic Initiative Freedom, Democracy, Justice (GI SDP), Oliver Ivanovic was murdered five months ago, KoSSev portal reported.
Killers and those who have ordered the killing have not been found yet, KoSSev recalled.
“We still have not a single detail as to how far the investigation has reached, what they did over the last five months. We have again contradicting statements, from Belgrade, Pristina and representatives of the international community,” deputy leader of GI SDP Ksenija Bozovic said.
Bozovic added, they “were very disappointed” with the latest statement from the international community – that KFOR would take part in the investigation if asked.
“Unfortunately, an open question remains for everybody, authorities in Belgrade and Pristina, as well as an international community, and they would have to give us an answer – who has killed Oliver Ivanovic?” Bozovic added.
According to the media reports, Serbian President Aleksandar Vucic announced for the second time that he would unveil information related to the murder of Oliver Ivanovic and “some other matters,” in the coming days, KoSSev portal reported.
