The Economic Summit between the European Union and six Western Balkans countries will be held today and tomorrow in London.
Kosovo is being represented by the Prime Minister Ramush Haradinaj and Deputy Prime Minister and Minister for Foreign Affairs, Behgjet Pacolli.
PM Haradinaj is expected to meet the British Secretary of Defense, Gavin Williamson, to discuss cooperation on this field. During the day, Haradinaj will also meet with Friendship Group of MPs of the British Parliament.
Pacolli on the other hand will participate at the open Economic Forum where the EU Commissioner for Enlargement Johannes Hahn will also be present.
Civil society members from the region will also participate at the “Improvement of the perspective for youth in Western Balkans” discussions. The Economic Summit in London is part of Berlin Process dedicated to Western Balkans, held initially in 2014, to proceed later with meetings held in Vienna, Paris and Trieste.
