Montenegro’s Foreign Minister, Srdjan Darmanovic, said that the deployment of peacekeeping troops to Kosovo is part of Montenegro’s international obligations and is not a hostile act aimed against Serbia. “There is nothing hostile in it. Montenegro is engaged in implementing international obligations and contributing to stability in the region,” said Darmanovic.
