Disunited Serbian opposition still comes to a common ground regarding one issue – stance to object a legally binding agreement and a dialogue with Pristina in a manner lead by the Serbian President Aleksandar Vucic, TV N1 reports today.

Serbia received French support for the continuation of Kosovo dialogue, however, it looks like President Vucic would never get that support from the Serbian opposition. With different ideologies, opposition parties are united against the ruling coalition and according to Danas “strongly oppose legally binding agreement between Belgrade and Pristina.”

“The award for signing Kosovo seat to the UN, the only award offered is 4 more years of Aleksandar Vucic on our shoulders, with full support from the West. No, thank you,” leader of Peoples’ Party Vuk Jeremic said.

Before Belgrade-Pristina relations normalization, we should normalize relations in Serbia,” leader of the Democratic Party (DS) Zoran Lutovac told TV N1.

Lutovac claims that President Vucic usurped all institutions and he is the only one who knows what this legally-binding agreement with Pristina entails.

Leader of Dveri Movement, Bosko Obradovic has no dilemma and claims that legally binding agreement is in fact recognition of Kosovo. He accused President Vucic of having secret negotiations on that matter.

“He wants to present his treason as a patriotic act, how he managed to reach an agreement and a compromise with Albanians, secured peace and the future of our children, while in fact he did nothing else but surrendered Kosovo and renounced it for the sake of Serbia’s path to the EU,” Obradovic said.
