RTS reports that the “Most Beautiful Folk Songs” wagon, heading to North Mitrovica, was stopped at the Jarinje crossing. RTS report that Kosovo authorities are not allowing the RTS team to enter, despite paperwork duly submitted. According to RTS, a convoy with equipment has been waiting at Jarinje for 20 hours.
