President of the Association of missing and kidnapped Serbs and non-Albanians from Kosovo and Metohija, Milorad Trifunovic, claims that the NGO Humanitarian Law Center did not process witnesses’ statements about crimes against Serbs in Kosovo, but leads an anti-Serbian campaign instead. Trifunovic said that the Association is the only one of that kind that didn’t sign a memorandum of understanding on cooperation with the Humanitarian Law Center ‘because they lead suspicious investigations’. He condemned subjective and ‘orchestrated’ labeling of Serbs as criminals by the Humanitarian Law Center. Trifunovic underlined that Serbia and Missing Persons Commission had accepted to investigate every location Albanians have pointed out on, no matter on whether a location is in Serbia or Kosovo, and added that on the other side investigation on missing Serbs had ceased.
