Agreements with Serbia when Kosovo government decides (Radio Kontakt Plus)

Four agreements between Kosovo and Serbia signed in Brussels on 25 August, will come to force when Kosovo government adopts a decree about its implementation and not after they are ratified in the Kosovo parliament, said Valon Murtezaj advisor to the Kosovo prime minister

Murtezaj said to portal Gazetablic that Kosovo government will address the Constitutional Court requesting the opinion about harmonization of the agreement on Association/Community of Serb municipalities with the Kosovo Constitution.

Murtezaj further said that Kosovo Prime Minister Isa Mustafa will brief MPs at the first regular autumn session about four agreements signed with Serbia in Brussels.

“All MPs will be able to participate in discussion and receive detailed information from the prime minister,” explained Murtezaj.
