Chairman of the opposition Alliance for Serbia (SzS) and leader of Dveri Movement Bosko Obradovic said on Tuesday he had filed criminal charges against Minister of Defense, Aleksandar Vulin because of his statement that Serbs and Albanians should delimitate. Obradovic considers that such statement violates the Constitution and Serbian laws, BETA news agency reported.

“This way territorial unity of our state is endangered, while the occupation and fake state of Kosovo are recognized,” Obradovic said.

Obradovic added it was time for the regime to face criminal responsibility for violating the Constitution and that Vulin, with his recent statement, had offered himself to be the first one.

“If you ask me who am I on the political scene today, I am the defender of the Constitution,“ Obradovic said, emphasizing that everyone participating in “One in Five Million” protests were also defending the Constitution.

“Now it is up to the Serbian judiciary to face the test, and if they would act in regard to our criminal charges,” Obradovic concluded.
